Access to and use of the gcr77 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while their Account remains active:
By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria above. Any misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles gcr77 to close the Account and forfeit the Balance immediately.
Each eligible individual may hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.
During registration, you are required to supply accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify gcr77 promptly of any changes.
You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your Account. gcr77 recommends a minimum of twelve characters combining upper-case letters, lower-case letters, numerals, and special characters. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gcr77 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone.
gcr77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any time gcr77 reasonably deems appropriate. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a current passport, or a driver's licence (SIM). Proof of address may also be required and may be satisfied by a recent utility bill, bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or an equivalent document dated within 90 days. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by gcr77 will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until compliance is achieved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. gcr77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
If you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised use of your Account, you must notify gcr77 support immediately at support@gcr77.bio. gcr77 will investigate such reports and may suspend the Account as a precautionary measure during the review period.
gcr77 provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Member Accounts. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via your account security settings. Where 2FA is enabled, gcr77 will require a one-time verification code at each login. gcr77 shall bear no liability for security incidents affecting Accounts on which 2FA has not been enabled.
All deposits to gcr77 Accounts are denominated and processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). gcr77 accepts deposits via the following channels:
Deposits credited via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically reflected in your Account Balance within minutes of payment confirmation. gcr77 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which gcr77 bears no responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day and are displayed within the gcr77 Deposit section of your Account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by gcr77 from time to time. Members who have not yet completed KYC verification may be subject to reduced deposit limits until verification is complete.
By depositing, you warrant that all funds are of legitimate origin and that you are the lawful owner of the bank account or e-wallet used to make the deposit. Deposits from accounts held in the name of a third party are strictly prohibited. gcr77 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
Members may request a withdrawal of real-money Balance (excluding unsatisfied Bonus Funds) at any time subject to the following conditions:
gcr77 targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes for standard requests submitted to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Processing times are measured from the point at which gcr77 approves the withdrawal request. Requests submitted outside standard Indonesian banking hours may experience minor delays attributable to the receiving institution rather than gcr77's internal processing. gcr77 does not guarantee processing times during periods of peak network congestion, national holidays, or force majeure events.
gcr77 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside gcr77's control and are the Member's responsibility.
Minimum and maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed in the Account withdrawal dashboard. gcr77 reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in tranches over multiple business days, particularly where the requested amount exceeds the single-transaction limit applicable to the chosen payment method.
gcr77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaign offers tied to the Indonesian cultural calendar (Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day 17 August, and similar). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds (for sports bets), and contribution rates (for casino game types) are stated in full in each individual offer's terms. Members are encouraged to read all offer terms before opting in. Wagering requirement progress is tracked in real time within the Account bonus dashboard.
gcr77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple Accounts; exploiting arbitrage opportunities on promotional odds; systematically placing low-risk wagers that satisfy the wagering requirement without genuine engagement with the product. Where bonus abuse is detected, gcr77 reserves the right to void the Bonus Funds, cancel the associated wagering requirement, and close the Account without prior notice.
Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements expire as specified in the relevant offer terms. Any unexpired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. gcr77 does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
All bets placed on the gcr77 Platform are governed by the product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform (Sportsbook Rules, Casino Game Rules, Live Casino Rules, and Card Game Rules). In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms, the product-specific rule prevails with respect to the outcome of that particular wager.
Bets on sporting events — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and E-sports — are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. gcr77 offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting markets. Mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) bets are available on eligible fixtures. gcr77 reserves the right to suspend a market, void a bet, or limit maximum stake at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns or where market integrity is in question.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Certified return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are published on the game information page. Live casino games streamed by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live are subject to the respective studio's published game rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Voided bets are refunded to the Member's Account Balance at the original stake amount.

Any unauthorised use of gcr77's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gcr77 hereby excludes all liability to Members for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, gcr77's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gcr77's liability for death or personal injury caused by gcr77's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
gcr77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it materially affects a Member's rights or obligations — gcr77 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the Member's registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting gcr77 support before the effective date. Any Balance remaining at the time of Account closure will be returned to the Member's nominated bank account or e-wallet after standard verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirement is attached to the funds.
The version of the Terms currently in force is identified by the "Last Updated" date in the page header above. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction, as updated from time to time.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.
